By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ask NaiNai is an AI-powered metaphysical platform that provides personalised readings, insights, and content based on systems including Korean Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny), Western Astrology, I-Ching, MBTI personality assessment, RIASEC career profiling, and Spirit Animal guidance. The Service includes:

• Daily oracle readings and personalised affirmations
• Full multi-system oracle guidance sessions
• Individual Soul Blueprint PDF reports
• Compatibility analysis and Life Compass readings
• A personal reflection journal
• Free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent, use another person's account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Ask NaiNai offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via PayPal or Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. Refund requests after this period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Ask NaiNai or any third party
• Transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in bulk
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Circumvent any access controls, paywalls, or security features
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated readings, Soul Blueprint reports, affirmations, software, and design — is the exclusive property of Ask NaiNai or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

Content you submit to the Service (such as journal entries and profile data) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ask NaiNai expressly disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or astrological advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ask NaiNai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $10.

The Service integrates with third-party services including PayPal, Stripe, and Google AdSense. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.
